Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro, Council members William Devine, Christopher Goff, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present were Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe, Finance Director Jeffery Jylkka and Public Utilities Administrator Vincent Susco.
Not Present: Scott Minnick
Chairperson Melissa Engel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro to enter Executive Session at 6:02 p.m.
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:29 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Cordeiro, seconded by Mr. Tuttle to adjourn the meeting at 6:29 p.m.
